Calm down, calm down a little, don't worry so much. It depends how much - in Italy children drink alcohol from 5 or 6 years old as a social thing. Living so far away it is easy to worry too much - do you honestly think that the scenario where the parent is negelcting responsibility AND the 15 year old isn't grown up enough to make her own choice is occurring? I would suggest not - the 10 year old isn't being given wine coolers (although I bet she is asking for one!) which would indicate the mother has some sense of responsibility. Up until now has the moither always been a good mother? Why would the divorce change any of that? Children are al;ways their parent's no1 priority, even over each other - remember it is Very rare a mother neglects her children.
Try more subtle ways of finding out to what level this is at - maybe ring about 9pm a couple of nights in a row under some pretence and see whether she sounds drunk.
I do suspect you are worrying like any good grandparent does, but maybe you are worrying too much.
