When is the best time to visit Spain wine regions?

Probably during the spring when the weather is warm. La Rioja is my favorite wine region of Spain.

september -october (the grapes have more flavor than the spring). anywhere on the duero will do. the weather is a very nice.

Well the month of september and mid of october is the best time as the spring approaches and you get the grapes blooming.the weather is also very pleasant.
