Not a good idea to use any citrus juice - has something to do with the acid's inhibiting the fermentation process. However, other, non-highly acidic juices make great wine- apples, pears, cranberries, etc. I have an acquaintance who makes wine from carrots, spinach and anything else that has low-acidic juice.

You have to adjust for the acidity, and tartness of citrus juices.
I have never made any myself, but my dad used to make wine all the time. My fave was strawberry. We used to puree the berries and strain them thru cheese cloth to get most of the pulp out.
Pineapple is good too!
