Dangers of making wine?

I heard of menathol alchol that makes you blind, if you mess up while making wine could it make just a little bit of that?
All I did is get grapes crush them and add yeast, Thanks

I'd estimate that the greatest danger would be not properly sterilizing any containers and/or utensils that come in contact with the wine, which could potentially make you sick. I don't believe you need to worry about any blindness...
