I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think you are stuck. Usually if you spill red wine on anything, you have to act quick! Using soda water really helps and then immediately put some kind of stain treatment on it and wash right-a-way. Since it has already been washed and I assume dried... the stain is in there. Go ahead and try other remedies... it might make you feel better but I think you white shirt has now become a mess-a-round shirt.

Don't let anyone tell you that you should cook with an expensive wine.
Save your money for the wine that you actually drink.
