wassail -
"Oh here we come a-wassailing among the leaves so green, oh here we come a-wassailing so fair to be seen,
love and joy come to you,
and to you your wassail, too,
and God bless you and send you a happy new year,
and God send you a happy new year!"

Wassail. As in the christmas carol. I guess the modern equivalent is mulled/spiced wine. We had this at a coffee shop before christmas and were trying to figure out what wassail was, and then we starting singing that Christmas song.

Wassail
and originally it was a mulled beer. I made a batch once and it wasn't very good. I stick to mulled ciders and wine.
