Help-I've just got a bottle of wintage wine. What's the best way to store it...

...for long lasting taste? Any Wine experts out there, please help..this is shiraz.
I know it would taste good with spice and pepperoni pizzas etc. Any thing else you could suggest..

Seriously, most shiraz do not benefit from too much aging. Probably best to enjoy it soon.

In a COOL, DRY, space and make sure it is laid on its side so the cork does not dry out and it should last quite awhile....ENJOY

you need a cool (not cold) dark place to keep it in tip top shape not damp mind you just cool and dark
