...cork and keeping in refridgerator ? Well, I opened a bottle of red wine in mid-december and consumed just one glass. Then I left it in fridge. Since then I have been out of my place. I wanna know if it is still safe for drinking or not..??? Can someone tell me...??

two weeks but it might not taste great, freezing it will make it last up to 6 months without affecting the flavor so much.

3 to 4 months based on the temperature it is stored at and the wine doesn't need to be refridgerated in order to keep...actually you should never really refridgerate red wine. The cold temperature kills the active yeasts.

It should be "safe", but the real question is whether it'll taste good. That depends on a lot of factors - how good or bad the wine is, what kind, how old it is, etc...and whether you care. Taste it. If it tastes good to you, it's fine. I'll generally throw a bottle out after a week of being opened. If it still tastes "decent" but not great, you can cook with it and make a great sauce :-)

The main question arise on this matter is whether the wine will taste good after this much freezing or not but if it does taste well then you will share it on.
