Default Mulled Wine Sorbet served in Brandy Snap Baskets?

Do you think that mulled wine sorbet goes well with brandy snap baskets?

If not, what kind of sorbet goes well with them? I'm interested in fruit sorbets.

Brandy snap baskets are a bit eighties.
A good sorbet needs nothing else.
If you must garnish it ,why not just use seasonal fruit dusted with icing sugar.

I dont think so,
Brandy Snap Baskets need something lighter than mulled wine.
I'd go mad and do Passion fruit an Mango, heeeelllll yeah, mmmm.

my first thought was yes please !!!

YUM !!!!
We used to have those with fresh cream.
I can almost still taste themmmmmmmmmmm.
I should think a citrus sorbet would be gorgeous
or even a mixed citrus sorbet.
Oh my gosh, i'm hungry now !!!!
