Need Help!

Hello, I have just found a very old bottle of wine in my parents' basement. It is a "Grande Cru Classe Chateau Talbot St. Julien Medoc - 1952". The bottle is sealed with an authentic "liquer control seal", and both the label and bottle are in good condition. But there seems to be some kind of build up inside the wine at the bottom of the bottle. I don't know if this is good or bad. Does anyone have an idea on how much this bottle of wine is worth?
