Default Are there non-alcoholic substitutes for port wine and rum?

I want to use these substitutes in cooking recipes, which can not contain alcoholic substances. The recipes will be used by minors for minors. If possible, please give the quantities of the substitute products which are equivalent to a tablespoon of port wine and a tablespoon of rum. Thank you.

I know that McCormick & Shilling makes an imitation rum extract that gives a good rum flavor in recipes.
