Default What type of wine goes well with road kill?

we be havin roadkill stew far suppar tonight and I was a wanderin what sortta wine would be good ta drink with it?

I'd say a fine 2008 Boone's Farm that is well chilled.

Dandelion wine of course. Any wine made from a weed is perfect for roadkill.

Red and Rich

I would serve a decent Port. I like Taylor's Bin 27 but there are many others to choose from.

Don't use huge glasses, Port is about 19% ABV so much stronger than most wines.

Don't want all your guests falling over do you ?
