Since you didn't mention what it was that you killed let's see..........you can't really go too wrong with a nice white wine like Chablis. There are some excellent dry white wines reasonably priced from California. If you feel like slumming it - you could always go with Ripple's Pagan Pink (they don't call it Koolaid with a hard-** for nothing!)

Mad Dog 20/20 goes especially well with dog meat. It brings out the rubber tread taste.

...with road-kill...? forget the wine, it would ruin the flavor of the meal... just slurp down a few beers, you'll have a much better time.
