Default We need a small (24-36 bottle) wine cellar to keep our wines cool. What are the...

...best ones for the money? We don't want to spend a lot of money on the cellar and we don't have a lot of space. There seem to be several brands out there and different technologies. Any recommnedations?

For such a small quantity get a cooler from a company like Urbina ... it is under $200 and uses a thermoelectric cooling process that produces no vibration.or noise.
