Which wine region would you recommend for us to holiday at for 5 days in Victoria?

We love our food & wine but we are also pretty active, so we wanted to visit a wine region that had a great mixture of activities & good food & wine for us to enjoy.

Best place to visit in Victoria for food and wine is in the Yarra Valley which is close to Melbourne.
