Where does one find the wine stated above by Errol? I've looked everywhere and it's nowhere to be found. is the spelling correct?

A good pinot noir would match that cherry flavor.

For a red wine try any California merlot, cabernet or pinot noir of your choice.

A dry red French Burgundy, a California Cabernet Sauvignon or Zinfandel is perfect. Just go with a dry red because the sauce is sweet.
