Default I would like to make some home made Sangria or mulled wine for friends, can it

be bottled and preserved? It only really needs to last 2 weeks.

Well, I added 3 cans of cubed pineapples in heavy syrup to 1 huge bottle of Sangria and a whole bottle of vodka. It was in the refrigerator for almost 3 weeks and it's good... the pineapples were soaked with alcohol.. hMmmm...

I guess the heavy sugar content does the preservation. The sugar acts as the main preservative.

Sorry, but if you are just going to put into a simple container with out processing it as a bottling company would - it would go bad.
