Wow. I think I did something wrong! But still good
Hi Everyone. I just thought i would post about some wine i just set for its 2nd ferment. I took a little taste test and wow I think i did something wrong. It was really strong...really. I'm not a constant wine maker just yet but i think i like it. I made the wine from potatoes rice and some crushed grapes, and a few other ingredients regular to wine making, but this stuff has KICK. Thought I'd ask if any1 else has had the same experience?
